Original kettle chips served with sweet n’ spicy BBQ & Backwoods Mustard Co. sweet jalapeño mustard dipping sauce.

Bruschetta
Homemade bruschetta served with eight slices of fresh baked baguette.

Cauliflower Bites                                                       
Fresh cauliflower heads tossed in sauce and roasted to perfection. Served with Celery. Pick either Buffalo, BBQ, Sweet Chili, or Honey Habanero.  

Triple Brat Skewer
Peach jalapeño brat, Cajun spiced brat, & Newaygo beer brat, with chunks of red onion & bell pepper. Served with three dipping sauces: Backwoods Mustard Co. sweet jalapeño mustard, sweet chili sauce, & sweet n’ spicy BBQ.

Brewer’s Grain Bread Sticks
Hearty bread sticks topped with 4-blend cheese and melted parmesan. Served with house pizza sauce & house garlic butter.

Baked sandwiches

Oven baked sandwiches on Naan bread served with kettle chips and pickle spear. Substitude for Cole Salw or Potato Salad with upcharge.

Black bean spread, banana pepper, tomato, spinach, Mexican cheese, spicy mayo.

Salmon fillet on bed of couscous, quinoa, rice blend wiht steam broccoi and lemon wedge.

House beer cheese, Cavatappi noodles, crumbled bacon, jalepeno crisps, baked Parmesan flake.

Nachos
Kettle cooked tortilla chips topped wiht black bean spread, smoked pork, scallions, tomato, jalepeno, black oloive, spincy beer cheese & white changero sauce. Meatless option available. 

Paratha Smoked Pork Taco Combo
Flaky Paratha shell, local smoked pork, house pineapple sauce, jalepeno crisps, Mexican cheese. Served with one Tamale and Verde Sauce

Fire-braised chipotle chicken, bacon with house BBQ sauce, caramelized onions, & four cheese blend.

Mediterranean seasoned chicken, house red sauce, fresh spinach, avocado, black olives, roasted tomato, thin sliced red onion, drizzled with cherry balsamic vinegar reduction, topped with feta cheese crumbles.
